A Comprehensive Masterclass in Vulvovaginal Medicine
with Dr. Fenwa Milhouse & Dr. Maria Uloko
A multi-part deep dive into vulvovaginal anatomy, pathology, dermatology, chronic pain, sexual dysfunction, GSM, prolapse, biopsy skills, and rare vulvar conditions — taught by two nationally recognized experts in urology and sexual health.
This series is designed specifically for healthcare professionals who want to improve diagnostic accuracy, strengthen exam skills, and confidently care for patients with vulvar complaints.
Why This Course Matters
Vulvovaginal conditions are severely under-taught in medical training, leaving clinicians unsure how to perform comprehensive vulvar exams, differentiate normal variants from pathology, or determine when a biopsy is necessary. This leads to misdiagnosis, dismissive care experiences, delayed treatment, and significant patient distress.
This masterclass was created to close those gaps by offering evidence-based education, case-based teaching, and practical skills that clinicians can immediately apply in practice.
By the end, you will feel more confident evaluating vulvar symptoms, managing common and complex conditions, and providing higher-quality care for all patients with vulvar concerns.

Why This Training Is Needed
Vulvar conditions are severely under-taught in medical training, leaving many clinicians uncomfortable with vulvar exams, uncertain about pathology, and unsure when to biopsy or refer. As a result, patients are frequently misdiagnosed or dismissed. This course addresses this gap by offering detailed, evidence-based, and practical training to improve diagnostic accuracy, treatment outcomes, and patient quality of life.
This program uses case-based teaching, anatomy-focused sessions, and clinically practical instruction. Interactive discussion and Q&A further support diagnostic reasoning, procedural confidence, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
